How I Embraced ESL Gymnastics

My ‘ideal’ week would mean that I lesson planned on Sundays to be prepared for the upcoming lessons (Monday & Wednesday). However, if there was ever sheets or documents that I wanted the office in Mwanza to print, I would give at least three full days notice before the lesson. I preferred not to have an abundance of physical worksheets, instead working through them as a group and changing the worksheets into interactive activities. In my opinion, this style of learning is a more unique approach and appeals to varying type of learners rather than simply filling our grammar sheets. It also incorporates more oral practice into the lessons.
